Three Amigos is a Los Angeles–based production company co-founded by actor and producer Diego Boneta, his sister and producing partner Natalia Boneta, and Josh Glick — manager at Brillstein Entertainment Partners and Diego's trusted collaborator of over fifteen years. Together, they form a founding trio whose combined fluency in talent, production, and business makes Three Amigos a rare creative and commercial force in the industry.
With a first-look deal at Amazon Prime Video, Three Amigos has established itself as one of the leading independent production companies at the intersection of two of the world's great creative industries. From prestige festival features to genre-bending streaming series to multimedia literary events, the company's slate reflects a singular creative vision: stories that feel universal precisely because they are rooted in something specific.
Co-Founder & Creative Lead
Diego Boneta is a Mexican actor, producer, and singer whose career spans film, television, and streaming on a global scale. Having begun his professional life in entertainment at the age of twelve, he has since built one of the most versatile bodies of work in Latin cinema — earning a Silver Lion at the Venice Film Festival for Michel Franco's Nuevo Orden, international recognition for his starring role in Netflix's critically acclaimed Luis Miguel: The Series, and producer credits across major platforms including Amazon Prime Video and Paramount+.
Through Three Amigos, his production company and Amazon first-look partner, Boneta champions cross-cultural storytelling with a growing slate that includes the superhero series Gato Negro, the feature film Follow, and the upcoming Killing Castro opposite Al Pacino. He has recently expanded into literature with his debut novel, The Undoing of Alejandro Velasco — available in print and audiobook in both English and Spanish, narrated by Boneta himself — which is currently in development as a series with Amazon.
Co-Founder & Operating Partner
Natalia Boneta is a film and television producer and co-founder of Three Amigos, where she serves as Diego Boneta's producing partner across the company's full slate of projects. A Duke University graduate, she came to entertainment through an unconventional path — trading commodity derivatives at JP Morgan on Wall Street before pivoting to the industry in 2021, bringing a rigorous financial lens to every stage of development and production.
Since joining Three Amigos, Natalia has helped shape the company into one of Latin America's most compelling creative voices in Hollywood. Her producing credits include Gato Negro (Amazon), Follow (Amazon), At Midnight (Paramount+), Killing Castro, and the multimedia literary project The Undoing of Alejandro Velasco. Under her partnership, Three Amigos has renewed its overall first-look deal with Amazon Prime Video — positioning the company for its next chapter of ambitious, cross-cultural storytelling.
Co-Founder & Partner
Josh Glick is a manager at Brillstein Entertainment Partners and co-founder of Three Amigos, the production company he built alongside his client and best friend Diego Boneta and Natalia Boneta. A member of The Hollywood Reporter's 35 Under 35, Glick represents one of the most dynamic voices in talent management — bringing to Three Amigos a deal-maker's instinct honed at one of Hollywood's most storied firms, whose legacy includes The Sopranos, Mighty Ducks, and Real Time with Bill Maher.
His producing credits include At Midnight (Paramount+), co-produced alongside the Boneta siblings, and Black Rabbit for Netflix, starring Jason Bateman and Jude Law. With over fifteen years managing Diego's career, Glick brings to Three Amigos something rarer than a résumé: an unshakeable shared vision, built over time, for what great storytelling can look like when craft and ambition move together.
